Matt’s 40 years of practice and extensive trial experience set him apart. He has been practicing law since 1983. He has tried over 100 jury trials to verdict in State and Federal courts, as well as hundreds of non-jury cases in the State Superior and District courts.

Matt is known as an attorney who is ready, willing and able to take a case to trial if a fair settlement cannot be reached. The result is that most often, Matt is able to resolve the case favorably, without the need of trial. However, when trial becomes necessary, Matt will prepare the case well and effectively present it to a judge or jury.
